The company operates 400+ multifamily units, over 60,000+ square feet of office space, land development, storage and 25,000 square foot sports arena.

The primary objective of the company is to provide a real estate investment option to individuals looking to invest capital in a variety of real estate property types as a limited partner. Grove Holdings Co will acquire, manage, stabilize, hold or sell real estate in an effort to maximize investor return while staying focused on long term and short-term goals of the investor in an effort to create repeat business with our investors and expand our network.

Grove Holdings will create responsible investment options through transparency of work, efficiency, performance, innovation, accountability and quality underwriting. The strategic goal is to acquire $10-$30M of new property per year, which would require a capital raise of $2-6 million per year.
